1.1 About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website operated by Private Enterprise "LORANGE" ("Lorange", "we", "us"). By browsing the website, registering a partner account or submitting any form, you accept these Terms.
Lorange is a wholesale manufacturer of bridal gowns. This website is a business-to-business platform. It is not intended for, and is not addressed to, consumers purchasing for personal use.
1.2 What this website does — and does not do
The website allows you to:
- browse the collections and product information;
- apply for a Lorange B2B partner account;
- submit an enquiry or a request for a selection of gowns through the forms provided;
- once your account is approved, sign in and access wholesale information.
The website does not process payments. No card details, bank details or payment instruments are collected on this website at any point.
A request is not an order. Adding gowns to your selection and submitting the request form does not create a contract, does not reserve stock and does not oblige either party to anything. It is an invitation for us to prepare a quotation. A binding order arises only after a separate written confirmation between you and your account manager, outside this website.
1.3 Partner account — eligibility and verification
Access to wholesale pricing, the confidential B2B hub and the ordering system is granted only to businesses that meet all of the following requirements:
Legal business verification. The salon must provide a valid VAT number (for EU partners), Tax ID / EIN (for US and international partners), or official business registration certificates.
Up-to-date contact data. The applicant must provide accurate operational data, including the physical boutique address (used for Store Locator mapping), an active corporate email address, and a direct WhatsApp/Viber business phone number for real-time order tracking.
Applications are reviewed manually. Verification normally takes three (3) business days from the moment the application is submitted. Access to the portal is not granted before the review is complete.
Upon approval you will receive access credentials by email. You are required to change the password on first sign-in, and you are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
1.4 First-order threshold (the 3-dress rule)
For all newly registered and verified partners, the checkout system enforces a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of three (3) gowns for the initial purchase.
New partners may mix styles, colours and sizes across any of the Lorange collections to complete this initial activation.
Once the first order of three or more gowns is successfully completed, the account transitions to Active Status and the restriction is lifted, allowing individual custom-measurement reorders of a single gown for local brides.
1.5 Account longevity and inactivity (the 3-month lifecycle)
Lorange monitors account activity so that territorial protection is not blocked by inactive showrooms.
The 3-month activity window. Following dispatch of the first order, a new partner enters a three-month evaluation period, during which the partner is expected to return to the factory for reorders.
The inactivity lock. If a new partner fails to place a single follow-up order within three (3) consecutive months from the initial purchase, the account is automatically flagged, temporarily locked, and the existing password is voided.
Mandatory re-verification. To regain access, the salon must undergo manual re-verification through an account manager, confirming that the boutique is still operational and is not infringing on other regional partners. Upon successful re-verification a mandatory password reset is triggered.
Data preservation. All historical data, measurements and billing information from the original order are securely preserved and re-linked once the account is unlocked.
1.6 Grounds for refusal, suspension and termination
Lorange reserves the right to decline any application or immediately suspend an existing account in the following cases.
- Invalid Tax ID or VAT number. Submission of a non-existent, expired or fraudulent VAT number or corporate Tax ID / EIN. Applications with invalid legal data are declined and the business is blocked from viewing confidential B2B information.
- Failure to establish contact (14-day communication expiry). If a prospective partner submits a registration request or a pending wholesale request but fails to respond to the assigned account manager within fourteen (14) calendar days by email, phone or messenger, the pending application or request is automatically cancelled and the unverified profile is archived and locked. A completely new application is required to restart the process.
- Non-compliance with the first-order threshold. Attempts to bypass the activation rule by forcing a checkout of one or two gowns will be blocked automatically. Accounts that refuse to comply with the 3-dress MOQ may have portal access suspended.
- Duplicate account registration. Registration attempts using corporate names, physical addresses, websites or VAT numbers already registered in our system are blocked and deleted, to prevent unauthorised staff access, coordinated fraud, and breaches of territorial exclusivity.
1.7 Confidentiality of wholesale information
Wholesale prices, price lists, stock levels, production lead times and any other information available inside the partner account are confidential. You are prohibited from:
- sharing your login credentials with anyone outside your business;
- using portal data for competitive market analysis.
1.8 Territorial exclusivity
Lorange protects the local markets of its partners and applies regional territorial exclusivity guidelines based on geographic location and dealer spacing. Approval of an application, and its continuation, may depend on the presence of existing partners in your territory.
1.9 Intellectual property and media usage
What partners may do
Verified partners are granted a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Lorange official promotional materials as follows:
- Website and social media. Publishing official campaign photos, catalogue imagery and video materials on the salon's official website, landing pages and verified social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Omnichannel integration. Mixing official studio content with the salon's own high-quality in-salon photos and videos of brides trying on Lorange gowns — this is encouraged.
- Local advertising. Using official visual assets for local targeted digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive brides to a specific salon location.
What partners may not do
- No custom watermarking or logo overlay. Partners must not overlay their own salon logos, watermarks or text branding on top of Lorange campaign imagery. The original aesthetic and branding of the photography must remain intact.
- No heavy retouching or manipulation. Minor colour adjustments to match a social media grid are permitted. Destructive retouching, digitally changing the dress colour, altering the model's appearance or removing the Lorange backdrop is forbidden.
- Absolute marketplace ban. Listing or selling Lorange gowns on third-party online marketplaces (for example Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Allegro) or unauthorised discount platforms is prohibited. Sales must occur exclusively in the physical boutique or on the salon's official website.
- Model rights. Contracts with international model agencies grant usage rights exclusively for the promotion of the Lorange brand and its authorised dealers. Using campaign faces for unauthorised commercial side-projects or third-party endorsements will result in liability towards the modelling agencies.
Design protection and anti-counterfeit clause
Lorange silhouettes, handmade embroidery layouts and original patterns are protected under international intellectual property and copyright law.
- Ban on replication. Purchasing a Lorange sample gown in order to reverse-engineer, copy patterns or reproduce the design — in your own atelier or through a third-party manufacturer — is an explicit violation of international IP law.
- Enforcement. Any verified instance of replication or sale of counterfeit copies results in immediate termination of the partnership, permanent blacklisting from the global distributor network, and legal escalation for damages.
1.10 Commercial terms
Prices, payment terms, minimum quantities beyond the activation rule, production schedules, delivery terms, inspection, claims and warranties are governed by the separate agreement concluded between Lorange and the partner outside this website. Nothing on this website constitutes a public offer.
Indicative figures published on the website — a minimum first order of 3 gowns, production windows of 1.5 to 2 months, and delivery within 10–20 business days — are estimates based on normal operating conditions and do not constitute a guaranteed term.
1.11 Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or development reasons without prior notice.
1.12 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
1.13 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date are always published on this page. Material changes affecting partner accounts will be communicated by email to the address registered in the account.
